I lead frontend and backend engineering at Merkle — setting architecture standards, delivery governance, hiring and technical strategy across five enterprise accounts spanning pharmaceuticals, automotive, D2C mobility, home textiles and building materials, for a 20-25 engineer org. My work sits where business strategy meets engineering reality: scoping delivery, growing the team from 20 to 25 engineers, and driving the React/Next.js modernization that cut build times by 30%.
The path here ran through a decade at Fractal Ink — from building accessible, standards-based front-ends to leading interface development to owning frontend architecture for ten concurrent enterprise projects across BFSI, retail and luxury e-commerce. Fifteen-plus years of building UI myself is what makes the architecture and delivery calls trustworthy.
Outside the day role, I design and ship full-stack and AI-native products independently — including applications built entirely through AI-assisted "vibe coding." That hands-on practice with Claude, Copilot and coding agents is what I bring back to the team: championing AI-assisted development org-wide to improve delivery velocity and code quality.
