I worked with Sanjiv in couple of projects, he is one of the quick learner I have ever seen. Sometimes he even goes beyond his project boundaries to help different teams with his skill set without effecting his work. Which is truly remarkable. He is a true asset to any team.

Sanjiv is a very creative person. Initially I thought he was just a simple UI developer but slowly as time passed and we worked together on few projects, I came to know he is much more knowledgeable and skilled person than what he shows. Sanjiv is always in search for doing something different and learning more and more everyday.

When ever I had some problems or I got stuck in something, I found it was very useful to talk to him about it and he always gave me a new perspective to look at it.

Sanjiv, it was a pleasure working with you and shall look forward to work with you in future as well.

This is a first time I am recommending someone on LinkedIn. Because I think I was looking for strong reason to do it for someone. Its now almost 6 months me and Sanjiv are working together with LBi India. Somehow I get jell up with him as both of our career tracks matches with each other. As he and me get in as a UI designer in the industry and now we both are grown good as UI developer and UI designer.

One thing I tempted to recommend Sanjiv is his helping nature and skills to elaborate the solution. He is a good designer but his JavaScript basic and JQuery tricks rocks. And I would like to mentioned that he was the one of the reasons I started taking JQuery seriously. I am always thankful for him for all his great help and knowledge sharing.

Sanjiv is a very hard working employee and an expert at his work.Very good in ideation and a perfectionist at work.
